Every room in a normally furnished home has about 1000 lbs of belongings. This is about 150 cubic feet. So, just count the number of rooms in your home, multiply by 1000 to get the weight and divided by 6.5 to get the volume. For example, 8 rooms x 1000 = 8000 lbs / 6.5 = 1230 cubic feet.
