The delivery service performed by the two gentlemen was very efficient, with their advance telephone call to advise of their arrival time, with careful handling of IKEA products as they entered our home.

I totally appreciated Paul’s professional manner and his patience for I had to call him back at least 4 times on Sunday, October 4th. I thought I didn’t have the second package for my dresser and called him to cancel my sunday assembly. An hour or so later called him back to advise him that I did have package #2. Therefore he re-scheduled my assembly appointment. Called him back twice Sunday to ask when were they getting her to assemble. All in all he never changed his professional self and accommodate my call by contacting the assembly people who were working in the field. this morning I noticed that the right side of the dresser they assembled last night was a bit off. Paul sent out a trouble shooter who spent at least a half hour or so here trying to fix the problem. The problem happens to be a mid rail in the dresser is warped. Thank you to Paul and the service people for your great service and respectfulness. I would recommend your service company to all my friends for you go out of your way to ensure your clients needs are met. thank You

Service from phone call to completion of assembly was fast, professional and efficient. Your installers Mike and Tarina,were very helpful. I wanted to make some modifications and they explained why my ideas would not have worked. Prior to their visit the two previous installers absolutely refused to cut corners. The wardrobe was warped, this was the second visit for assembly and I wanted it over and done, and suggested that extra nails/screws could over-ride the problem, they said no and explained that in the long run it would not work. They were all good, professional and courteous and expert in their Knowledge . Thanks

The office staff called to let me know that the “assemblers” were running late. She then offered to have Ariel call me with a more specific idea of their time of arrival. Ariel called right away and he and Tarina arrived at exactly the time estimated by Ariel. They were very friendly, neat and professional. Thanks very much.

One gentleman has delivered furniture to our apartment a couple of times and on the most recent delivery he even remembered me. What great personalized service!

The two service people Joseph and Tarina were excellent. The product a Hemnes cabinet from IKEA had difficult parts to assemble … it seems to me that the drawers (the roller bars) seemed warped … But both of them problem solved and put together the piece. They were kind in their demeanor and were finally able to get the piece together.

I have nothing negative to say at all….I was notified when the driver was close, driver & helper very helpful & pleasant, items delivered upstairs to the requested location with no questions asked or attitude (very refreshing….) Overall they were both professional & pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased with the professional way the delivery of my Ikea order was delivered. I appreciated the fact that they were on time, called me when they were five minutes away and the way they set it up in the order I would need it to be when I set up. I had IKEA furniture delivered and assembled by your employees in early October. Both activities were completed by professional and respectful employees. The two workers assembled my queen size bed prior to purchasing my mattress. The mattress was delivered yesterday and the bed mattress frame was installed at the middle point of the bed frame. My boxed spring and mattress was too high for the bed. I contacted 310 movers and the next day (today) they sent a trouble shooter to adjust the bed frame to its lowest level. I’m totally amazed with the expert professional service you have extended during the delivery of the furniture, the assembly of the furniture and the trouble shooter you sent immediately after contacted your company. I want to say thank you to Sezai Gun the trouble shooter who fixed my bed frame. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you so much for your kind understanding and professional work.

As i told the managers at IKEA your delivery team is so professional and friendly. They were on time and very careful with our new renovation and took time to go through each item and make sure it was all there. The also put things together in the room in a way that installation would be easier for us. They also took the time to tell me what boxed to open first to make assembly less confusing. REALLY great experience. Where were you when i moved my home!!! They also delivered a kitchen for me earlier in the month…and when we talked on the phone they remembered the house. Personal touch! Thank you again and i would recommend you to anyone. (beside the crazy convenience store!)

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Paul at 310-MOVE during my IKEA experience – His team has been professional, shown up when they said, completed the job quickly and can also provide assembly help. I would highly recommend them if you ever have any moving needs.

The delivery guys were courteous, friendly and they were careful to not damage my floors or other furniture while moving the furniture boxes where I needed them. The time frame in which they arrived was reasonable. In fact, I didn’t expect my purchases to arrive so promptly!I’ve had things delivered before and have wasted most of the day waiting for them to arrive, often much later than I was promised. The stuff I purchased from IKEA was delivered early, as promised, so I was able to enjoy the rest of my day off rather than being stuck by the phone waiting for my furniture. Great job guys! I would definitely recommend this company to others.
